About Macarena

I am a Physical Education teacher, a running and athletics coach, and a high-performance athlete with strong experience guiding runners and athletes across different levels and performance goals. My coaching approach is personalized, structured, and athlete-centered, with a strong focus on performance development, technical improvement, and long-term progression.

I combine individualized planning, close follow-up, and clear communication to ensure that every athlete feels supported throughout the training process. My priority is not only to improve physical performance, but also to build confidence, consistency, and a strong foundation for sustainable results.

About the lesson

I speak Spanish—I am originally from Argentina—and I also speak English. I specialize in running and track and field, offering a personalized training approach tailored to each runner's specific goals, skill level, and needs. My methodology is based on progressive planning, continuous monitoring, and strategic adjustments designed to optimize performance and support each athlete's ongoing development.

I offer in-person sessions in Miami as well as online coaching for clients worldwide. I work with runners of all levels—from beginners to advanced athletes—helping them improve their technique, endurance, physical conditioning, and competitive performance. My program integrates running, track and field disciplines, and sport-specific conditioning with the aim of developing athletes who are more efficient, stronger, and better prepared.
