About Sahil

Having recently graduated from King's College London with a first in my Physics BSc, I am currently working towards a Master's at UCL. Currently, my main areas of interest are the applications of machine learning to furthering particle physics research. I first started tutoring in my first year of university as a way to share my passion for physics and to help others, and since then I have accumulated over 1,000 teaching students studying towards their GCSEs and A Levels.

About the lesson

I am a recent Physics graduate, and for the past 3 years I have been tutoring maths, further maths and physics at both GCSE and A Level. Having over 1,000 hours of experience, I am familiar with all the major exam boards, including AQA, Edexcel, OCR and Cambridge IGCSE. During the first lesson, which is offered for free, my aim is to understand your targets and goals as well as gauging your strengths and weaknesses. To that end I set a few questions spanning key areas of the syllabus, which can then help me come up with a tailored lesson plan. All the teaching is done through Google Meets, while any notes I take during the session will be done on Goodnotes, so that you are able to access them in PDF format anytime you wish. Lessons will typically last an hour, but this can be changed to either an hour and a half or two hours depending on your requirements. During these sessions we will cover any topics that need work, and work on completing exam questions together so as to build a deeper understanding on the content.
