About Matt
I have 7 years of teaching experience and hold a Master’s Degree in Nuclear Physics. My interest in Physics began through exploring how scientific laws explain both ordinary experiences and extraordinary discoveries. Over time, I became passionate about helping students understand these ideas in a way that feels approachable and meaningful.
My teaching approach emphasises clarity, patience, and adaptability. I believe students learn best when they understand concepts deeply rather than simply memorising formulae. Every lesson is designed to support confidence, curiosity, and steady progress.
I enjoy staying informed about developments in energy research, particle physics, and scientific innovation. These interests allow me to bring relevant perspectives into my teaching. Helping students grow into confident and capable learners remains one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

My Physics lessons are designed to help students understand the principles that govern everything from everyday motion to advanced scientific systems. We study mechanics, electricity, magnetism, thermodynamics, waves, and modern physics through clear explanations and carefully selected examples. I focus on helping learners see the connections between mathematical models and physical reality.
Each lesson blends conceptual understanding with practical problem-solving. Students learn how to interpret scientific situations, identify key principles, and apply formulae with confidence. Complex topics are broken into smaller, manageable sections so learners can build knowledge gradually and avoid feeling overwhelmed.
I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable exploring ideas and asking questions. Consistent guidance, discussion, and practice help learners improve their analytical thinking and academic performance. My goal is to help students develop confidence in Physics while strengthening their ability to think critically and logically.
