About Briar

My interest in physics began during my Bachelor’s in Physics and grew deeper while completing a Master’s in Applied Physics. Over 8 years of teaching, I have guided students from introductory concepts to advanced topics in mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, and energy systems. My teaching philosophy emphasizes clarity, patient guidance, and interactive learning, creating a supportive environment where students feel confident exploring complex concepts.

I design lessons to be engaging and adaptable, using visual explanations, hands-on demonstrations, and problem-solving exercises. Beginners gain structured support while advanced learners are challenged to reason critically, derive formulas, and analyze experimental data independently. I focus on building students’ confidence, analytical skills, and curiosity, ensuring that learning physics is enjoyable and meaningful.

Outside teaching, I stay actively engaged with research papers, simulations, and scientific discussions, which I incorporate into lessons to enhance relevance and context. Witnessing students transform from uncertainty to confidence, solve complex problems, and develop genuine curiosity about physics is profoundly rewarding. My goal is to inspire learners to think scientifically, approach challenges logically, and gain confidence in their analytical abilities, while nurturing a lifelong interest in understanding the natural world.

Physics becomes fascinating when students understand the natural principles governing the world around them. My lessons cover mechanics, energy, waves, thermodynamics, and electromagnetism, blending theory with problem-solving exercises that promote clarity and confidence. I focus on explaining concepts step by step, using visual aids, examples, and experiments whenever possible to make learning interactive and engaging. Students are encouraged to question, explore, and reason scientifically throughout every lesson.

Intermediate learners build problem-solving skills, experiment interpretation, and multi-step calculation techniques. Advanced students focus on analytical reasoning, complex derivations, and exam strategies while developing confidence in applying physics principles in real-life and academic contexts. Each session is structured to enhance understanding, foster curiosity, and promote critical thinking. Practice exercises, guided problem-solving, and detailed explanations support students as they progress.

Physics lessons help learners develop logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and systematic problem-solving skills. Students gain confidence in approaching complex challenges and applying scientific methods thoughtfully. Over time, they build resilience, curiosity, and a deeper understanding of how physical principles explain real-world phenomena. My goal is to help learners appreciate physics, strengthen critical thinking, and cultivate the ability to analyze problems effectively while enjoying the process of scientific discovery.
