About Emory

My fascination with the laws governing the universe led me to pursue a Master’s in Theoretical Physics. Over the past 9 years, I have taught students of various backgrounds, helping them understand mechanics, electricity, waves, and problem-solving with clarity and confidence. My teaching approach emphasises patience, interactive explanations, and tailored guidance to ensure learners build strong conceptual understanding while feeling supported in their progress.

I believe in making physics accessible through visual demonstrations, analogies, real-world applications, and step-by-step problem breakdowns. Students are encouraged to ask questions, reason critically, and actively engage with concepts, fostering both curiosity and confidence. I provide exercises, guided practice, and feedback to help learners reinforce understanding and develop independent analytical skills.

Beyond teaching, I engage with current research, experiments, and scientific developments to enrich lessons with practical insights and relevance. Witnessing students progress from uncertainty to confidently applying physics principles is immensely rewarding. My aim is to inspire curiosity, resilience, and independent thinking, helping learners gain a strong foundation in physics, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills that will serve them well academically and beyond.

Physics becomes fascinating when learners can connect abstract principles to everyday experiences. My lessons focus on mechanics, electricity, magnetism, waves, energy, and problem-solving techniques, using step-by-step explanations, visual demonstrations, and practical examples. I help students understand fundamental concepts while developing analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Lessons are designed to foster curiosity, build confidence, and ensure learners can apply their knowledge both in academic settings and in real-world contexts.

I structure lessons according to each student’s proficiency. Beginners receive simple explanations of basic principles, visual aids, and guided exercises. Intermediate learners explore formula derivation, multi-step problem-solving, and experimental analysis. Advanced students focus on theoretical modelling, advanced problem-solving, and exam preparation. Each session integrates examples, exercises, and feedback to help learners progress steadily while reinforcing conceptual understanding.

Physics education develops critical thinking, logical reasoning, and analytical skills that extend beyond the classroom. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident exploring challenging concepts, asking questions, and developing independent thinking. By linking theory to practical examples, learners gain both understanding and curiosity, building skills that empower them to tackle problems creatively and confidently in academic studies, scientific inquiry, and everyday life.
