About Simon
I am an experienced Singing tutor with 8 years of teaching High School and College students. I have successfully guided over 250 students, helping them improve vocal technique, musicality, and stage presence. My teaching philosophy emphasises personalised instruction, positivity, and encouragement, ensuring lessons are both effective and enjoyable.
I focus on vocal technique, breath control, pitch, tone, rhythm, and stage performance, preparing students for recitals, competitions, and auditions. Many students have received awards and recognition for their dedication and progress.
I also teach music theory, ear training, and sight-reading, giving students a strong foundation in music. I aim to create a friendly and motivating learning environment, where students feel confident developing their voice and skills.
My goal is to help students discover their unique voice, perform confidently, and enjoy a lifelong journey in music, making every lesson productive, fun, and rewarding.

I also include performance preparation, focusing on stage presence, emotional delivery, and lyrical interpretation. My methodology balances technical mastery with artistic expression, helping students grow as confident and expressive performers.
I work with students of all levels, from beginners discovering their voice to advanced singers preparing for auditions or professional performances. My goal is to make lessons engaging, personalised, and inspiring.
