About Lavanya R
Hello,
My name is R Lavanya. I have been teaching Telugu and English (Academic and General) to Middle and High School students for about 3 years now (SSC, CBSE, and ICSE). I also teach Financial Accounting and Economics to classes 11 and 12. I am a Post Graduate from Symbiosis in Business Management (Finance). I also worked with Various MNCs like Wipro BPO(US Voice-Based) and Deloitte(Department of Indirect Tax, European VAT) for over 4 years. During the course, of my career, I have developed skills complementary to each other. The experience helped me learn and polish my expertise in various fields.

I hold experience in teaching General and Academic English to Middle and High schools (State Boards, CBSE, and ICSE) for over 3 years now. I studied English as my main language and I can provide tutoring services on Reading, Writing, and Functional Grammer of English. I choose to draw references from examples to approach the theory. However, I also welcome an analysis of my listener first and then frame the teaching methodology accordingly since the perception is subjective from one person to another. The corporate exposure at the international level i.e. dealing with clients (the US and Europe-based), has helped me polish my English skills in areas such as Business Writing, Proof Reading, Spoken English, and Interpretation of Accents. I provide Document-based learning. I always aim at imparting the knowledge base with less fuss and more meaning to the student, without losing the essence of the subject matter, so that, he/she can find learning interesting and remember it. I am willing to take that extra effort to equip myself if required in order to provide excellence in my work.
