About Alice
I am an enthusiastic teacher and believe that often careful explanation of a few key concepts can enable students to access all questions. I have chosen to take a gap year to post apply to study biochemistry, having achieved 3A* at A-level in Maths, Biology and Chemistry, as well as an A in Further Maths AS. I took triple science and Maths at GCSE and achieved A*s in these subjects, along with the top grade in Additional Maths. I would be confident in teaching Maths, Physics, Biology and Chemistry to GCSE level, but could also offer stretch-and-challenge type sessions to interested students relating to current scientific news and the theory behind these stories. This would be excellent preparation for A-level study.
