About Sarah
With 8 years of experience teaching singing, I help students from school to college discover their voice and express themselves confidently. My lessons combine essential techniques such as breath control, pitch accuracy, vocal tone, and range with creative exercises like improvisation, rhythm challenges, and song interpretation.
Every session is tailored to the student’s goals, whether preparing for recitals, competitions, or casual singing enjoyment. My teaching style is interactive, encouraging, and student-focused, ensuring steady progress while nurturing a genuine love for music and performance.

My teaching approach to Singing is focused on clear learning, creative growth, and steady improvement. I believe effective communication helps students build confidence and trust. I explain vocal techniques such as breath support, pitch accuracy, tone control, and vocal flexibility in a clear and simple manner. Students are encouraged to communicate openly so lessons can be adapted to their goals and learning pace.
Creativity is an important part of my lessons. I use creative warm-ups, expressive vocal exercises, and personalised song interpretation to make learning enjoyable. Students are encouraged to explore emotions and musical ideas freely, helping them develop individuality and confidence in their voice.
Cultural sensitivity is strongly valued in my teaching. Singing is closely connected to language and tradition. I respect every student’s cultural background and include songs from different musical styles and cultures. This helps students feel comfortable, respected, and motivated while expanding their musical awareness.
Accountability is developed through clear goals, structured practice routines, and regular progress feedback. I guide students to practice consistently and take responsibility for their vocal growth. Along with Singing, I also teach related subjects such as basic music theory, ear training, vocal care, and performance skills to ensure complete vocal development.
