About Lilli

A simple hobby became an absolute passion. Yoga has been a part of my life for many years now. It got really intense when I started traveling and got to know yoga on different continents and countries. In 2018 I finally decided to do a yoga teacher training in India. Also during this journey I met many inspiring yogis and gurus. I completed the trainer training in the Ashtanga Vinyasa style, a yoga style that is physically very demanding, demanding and sweaty. Personally, I love being challenged and at the same time motivating others to deepen their yoga practice and take it to the next level, to make their own experiences and to find out what else they have.

My home base is beautiful Munich, where I live and work. Away from the yoga mat you can often find me in Forstenrieder Park with my Goldendoodle Samu, on my aerial hoop, at the piano or underwater while diving on my travels.

About the lesson

In order to be able to draw new strength from your own yoga practice and to find your balance, I will guide you through my yoga class with powerful and dynamic asanas, the yoga poses, so that you feel fit and energetic afterwards. We move fluently with our breath and unfold your full potential together. I like to accompany my yoga classes with electronic and harmonic beats, this is how we achieve our "flow", the state in which we feel best and can perform best.

During the savasana, the final relaxation, I am happy to accompany you with the sounds of a singing bowl and a gong. With the sound bath you can fully immerse yourself in your meditation and then leave the mat relaxed and balanced.

Above all, however, I would like to help you to come into harmony with yourself and your environment and to find your inner peace.
