About Sreya

I have had a few clients so far including myself so I have both personal and outside experience with weight loss and nutrition. My clients have lost significant weight and they have been able to keep the weight off with the effective strategies I have provided them to keep the weight off.

About the lesson

I am currently studying kinesiology and nutrition. Furthermore, I have a lot of personal experience in this area as I have used these methods on myself as well as other clients in the past. Therefore, I can use both science AND experience to give effective tips, provide quality information, and help with methods that WORK!
