About Giann
I am a Registered Nurse currently pursuing my Master’s in Primary Education. I am on track to graduate as a qualified teacher in 2026. My approach to teaching revolves around creating a welcoming, inclusive space where every student feels empowered to give their best. I believe that learning should be both enjoyable and engaging, and I strive to make each lesson a creative experience that sparks genuine interest. I tailor my lessons to suit each child’s unique needs, ensuring they are challenged yet supported at every step. I currently work as a casual teacher aide, and have a diverse amount of experience dealing with students that have alternative learning and sensory needs. With my dedication and experience, I’m confident in my ability to help your child thrive and reach their full potential!

By eliminating obstacles and fostering genuine engagement, I make sure students connect with their studies on a deeper and authentic level. Lessons are designed to align with the relevant curriculum, seamlessly supporting schoolwork and assignments to maximize your child’s success. I use high-quality educational resources and/or the student’s textbooks to guide each session. Lesson lengths are flexible, tailored to each student's individual needs, with the average lesson lasting about 45 minutes. After every lesson, detailed updates and feedback, along with a roadmap for the next steps are sent to the guardians. If your child has specific requirements or accommodations, I’m more than happy to discuss how we can best support them in their learning journey.
