Developing pitch control, vocal range extension, and complex diction requires a steady hand and a calm, precise ear. I have spent 13 years refining these techniques for choristers, choral scholars, and classical voice students preparing for high-stakes conservatoire auditions. My approach integrates detailed work on head and chest voice, breathing control, and sight singing alongside essential warm-up exercises to ensure long-term vocal health.

Through years of guiding students toward performance confidence, I have cultivated a neurodivergent-affirming space that honours the unique way each voice functions. You will find my teaching style focuses on sustainable progress and technical clarity rather than rigid standardisation.

About the lesson

Many vocalists struggle when they cannot replicate the sound they hear in their mind during private practice. This silence during home rehearsals is where progress often stalls for dedicated singers.
