Mathematics and physics have two fundamental parts, the first is to understand what you are doing, so I always explain to my students what we are doing with useful examples of day to day, the numbers are much more interesting when you see what they are used for. The second is to practice, they say that practice makes the teacher, I always give my students enough material to practice, both when I'm with them and to practice alone, and I always try to be available via email or whatsapp in case there are doubts last minute.
