About Stéphanie
Group lessons in Vietnam (1 year) education in a school with 30 young people as part of a socio-educational program. The practice of yoga has been very beneficial to supplement their education, especially in terms of stress management and concentration strengthening. Group lessons and at home in Paris and the Paris region (1 year) Education to individuals and to small groups regularly for several months. This support allows for individual monitoring and a great progress of each student.

Practicing yoga for 7 years, I have trained in Hatha Yoga and meditation techniques for 3 years with the Nepal Reiki Master Yogi and Raj Giri Timshina, Vietnam. I taught yoga for nearly a year to young Vietnamese adults. Now I teach yoga in the Paris region in workshops of artists and home to audiences of all ages. Since 2015 I teach Hatha Yoga certified (200H TTC - Yoga Alliance). I propose a 1:30 courses (individual or collective), which unfolds as follows: - A moment of relaxation, in order to focus on oneself, to be anchored in the present moment. - The practice of Pranayama (breathing techniques) that helps stimulate and rebalance energy. - A practice of asanas (postures), standing, sitting and lying. The exercise postures brings benefits both for the body and for the mind (balance, strength and flexibility). - A guided meditation that leads to total relaxation. I devote an exchange time for each student during the first session to understand their needs, physical condition and to provide the best support in learning yoga. I also offer special sessions for children and adolescents. The sessions follow a similar pattern but with more fun exercises tailored to each age group. The sessions last 1 hour for children.
