Hello there! Allow me to introduce myself ... I'm Katy, a native English speaker. I was born in Sheffield (Yorkshire) and have lived in the UK all my life. So... I assure you that I have an authentic "British accent" ;) After working as a British Council teaching assistant in Britanny for the past seven months, I have just moved to the beautiful French capital. Most of my time is spent doing an unpaid internship for an NGO. I love my job, but unfortunately it doesn't pay the rent! This is where Superprofs comes in....
For those who are allergic to English, I promise to make all of my lessons as fun and interactive as possible! I'm open to working with students of all levels and abilities (from total beginner to advanced). My timetable is flexible, so I can organise myself around you. Equally, I don't mind where we host the lessons - my appartment, your home, a café/library in Paris - whichever's easiest! I can also give lessons over Skype / Facetime for those who prefer.
For the first lesson, I suggest that we get to know eachother, discuss your objectives and together, devise a plan of action. This will allow me to choose my teaching methods to suit your needs / individual goals. I will also adapt the content of the lessons to your personal interests / skills.
