About Samiha

I am Psychology graduate from the UK. I have 6 years experience in private tutoring in maths and further maths for grade 8 to A-Level students. I have been tutoring since after my IGCSEs and all my students have been successful thus far. Using the last 6 years as experience, I am now able to cater lessons to each student and make it a perfect experience for them.

About the lesson

My teaching method is to approach each subject topic by topic per week, focusing on learning outcomes and understanding. My approach to tutoring is that I tailor my tuition to the needs of the student. I will vary my style depending on the ability and needs of the student. I aim to run my tuition in support of the progression of my students through their subject syllabus, but I am also willing to progress more slowly and focus on particularly weak areas if the student so desires. I will also offer pre-exam revision sessions for all exams including modular resits and conduct end of topic tests and mock exams should the student desire.

Perfect! Only a year away from IGCSE, Samiha has helped my daughter to progress from someone who dreaded Maths, lacked confidence and who was almost failing in school exams, to achieving an A for her IGCSE. It was a joy to watch her coming home from the exam beaming with confidence, knowing that she had done her best and was able to handle the questions.
