Hatha yoga is more slowly yoga , we stretch as much as our body allows to.I loved to see my students when they gain more flexibility everyday by day. The most important thing about dong yoga is the awareness of the present moment, for the breath and the body in which I constantly remind them.

I've been workng as a physical therpaist for a 7 years and I know what our body needs as a essential as food we eat. Throgh yoga practise we stretch our muscles which help us to release the stucked energy from everyday activities like sitting ,standing.Also, with breathing techniques will help us to be aware more of our body and feel completed and positive.
