About Sofia
I started dancing as an amateur at the age of 4, but it wasn't until I was 12 that I embarked on a professional career. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to study in various parts of the world, learning from many great masters, not only in the strictly dance-related field.
Being a dancer means, above all, taking conscious care of your body: for this reason, over time, I've learned how to do it best. I firmly believe that training is an investment in our old age and that, combined with small daily adjustments, it can make everyday life more enjoyable.
Today I feel the desire to share what I have learned, in the hope that it may be useful and inspiring to others as well.
