If you've ever followed a recipe perfectly and still felt like something was missing, this is for you.
I'm a plant-based chef with over 10 years of experience cooking across the world, and I hold a Rouxbe culinary degree. I specialize in vegan cooking, and I teach students at every level: from people who are just learning to properly salt their pasta water, to experienced cooks who want to level up their technique or explore plant-based cuisine more seriously.
A typical lesson looks like this:
We pick a recipe or ingredient, then we will go over flavor pairings, technique, how to build and layer taste, and how to adapt it to what you have or what you love. Sessions are conversational and hands-on, and I tailor the pace and focus entirely to you.
What sets me apart? I've cooked in professional kitchens and run fine dining supper clubs, but I've also taught complete beginners how to finally make food that excites them. I bring a chef's technical foundation with a teacher's patience. And because I cook plant-based, I can help anyone! Whether you're vegan or just trying to cook more vegetables without things tasting boring.

I met Bryan through a vegan group in Texas. I had always loved cooking but struggled with making seitan and ice cream from scratch.
