About Iain
I obtained my Degree in Chemistry from St Andrews in 1983. I worked at St Barthoomews Hospital in London as a Clinical Biochemist for 16 years and was responsible for training many colleagues.
I am a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, a Chartered Chemist and a Chartered Scientist.
I have tutored many students over the years, all have improved their grades. I have published several chapters in Educational Books.

My teaching is student lead. I encompas the VARK assessment scheme. There are always more than one approach to solving a problem, what works for one student will not necessarily work for another.
I try to put the students at ease and make the sessions fun.
