I'm Tiffany, a 23-year-old university graduate, and native English speaker. With 3 years of experience in teaching, a degree in law and psychology, and work experience as a copywriter and editor, I can assure you that I can help you master English AND have fun while doing it! I am dedicated to helping you achieve your aspirations. As a writer, I am a lover of the English language, and it brings me so much joy to share that love with others. English doesn't have to be a boring set of contradictory grammar rules like you learned in school...it can inspire art, and help people like you get exposed to new, exciting opportunities and meet new people from all over the world! About the lesson

I adopt a communicative language teaching method that emphasizes the student’s ability to communicate in real-life contexts, and students learn to make requests, accept offers, explain things, and express their feelings and preferences.

Since CLT focuses on teaching language through real-world assignments and problem-solving, it’s less concerned with grammar accuracy and instead focuses on fluency.

I teach students that are at an intermediate level (B1, B2, and C1) and who are seeking assistance with their Business English, examination preparation, conversational fluency, and writing skills.

I have taught adult students Business English, designed to help them succeed in the corporate environment (with a particular focus on email writing, speeches, interviews, and meetings).

I have also helped numerous students pass their IELTS, TOEIC, and TOEFL examinations.

Additionally, I have helped adult students perfect their conversational fluency and gain confidence, which has opened them to greater opportunities.

You can expect our lessons to involve conversation, a short assessment, homework revision tailored to your struggle areas, and a lot of "real world sources", like current news articles or videos related to your personal interests. Lastly, you can expect to have FUN and develop a love for the beautiful English language!
