Jessica’s knowledge and understanding of proof reading; how to correctly cítate; how to critically analyse and correct use of grammar and punctuation was to a very high standards. She also was able to share some of her knowledge and understanding to support me with my own learning.

Due to me having dyslexia, Jessica was able to adapt her communication skills to facilitate my learning. She also made specific adaptations to ensure it was user friendly such as not using red to correct changes.
