About Holly
I have achieved 8 gcse's and am participating in a 2 year public service course. Have experience in mental health, including stress, ptsd, anxiety and depression. I work people aged 4-25. I am flexible and can work with my clients any day of the week from 15 minute sessions to 2 hour sessions.

My average session is 30 minutes to 1 hour long. I charge £15 for half an hour or £20 for 1 hour. I offer both video sessions and in person sessions. My sessions involve talking therapy, relaxation techniques and practices and professional advice. In addition to this, I offer an email service. Costs for this vary, depending on the amount of communication my clients prefer.

Details
I can travel to clients houses in the Basingstoke area. I accept payments in both cash and via my bank, online. My first session is free, and it will include a 'get to know each other' session, where you will learn a little bit about me and my teaching methods as well as me finding out what you'd like to get out of your sessions.
