About Rachel

Reading and writing have always been where I best expressed myself and I spent most of my undergraduate degree seeking out classes that allowed me to write. However, the writer I am today was shaped by the mentors and proofreaders who whipped my prose into shape. I am a firm believer that writing is a learned skill that anyone can acquire with the right teachers. I want to pass on what I learned and be a mentor to someone else who is still discovering the writer in them.

About the lesson

I believe in open lines of communication with my students on built constructive feedback and a desire to raise your confidence. My lessons are tailored to your current needs and maintain an open-mindedness to how those needs will change from session to session. I am here to build you up, not put you down.
