About Felina
Hi, I’m Felina, a native Chinese speaker with a Putonghua Level 2-A certificate and an IELTS score of 6.5. My background in Computer Science and Finance helps me organize lessons clearly and explain new concepts step by step. My teaching combines systematic learning with practical, real-life communication. Instead of memorizing isolated vocabulary and grammar rules, you will learn Chinese through useful situations such as introducing yourself, shopping, ordering food, traveling and making friends. I also use guided conversations, repetition, pronunciation correction and role-play to help you speak naturally.
A typical lesson includes a short warm-up conversation, key vocabulary, one or two useful sentence patterns, guided practice and a realistic speaking task. I adapt the content and pace to your level, interests and learning goals.
My technical background helps me organize knowledge clearly and explain difficult ideas step by step. I am also patient and experienced in supporting students with different learning styles.
My lessons are suitable for complete beginners and elementary learners who want to improve their Mandarin pronunciation, everyday conversation and confidence through structured but relaxed lessons.
