I have been working as a sports lecturer in further education for several years and have a passion for fitness and personal training. I have taught a variety of fitness related modules including the Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.

I like to explain topics using relevant examples, showing how to apply theory into practice. Following this, I encourage students to explore topics by creating their own examples which are relevant to their own personal goals. I believe this approach to be key in keeping students motivated and engaged.
