About George
My name is George, I'm a yoga teacher and personal trainer. I love feeling and seeing the benefits of physical exercise, but I value the mental side of health just as much. Whether it's with stand alone meditation or an extra emphasis on training in sync with the breath in yoga I'll always make time for both sides of the coin.
