About Julien

I obtained my Bachelor degree in Physics at EPFL and I am now a Master student in Physics at ETHZ.

In addition to the students I help in physics and maths, I have been working as a quantum physics assistant for the students of the Life Science Engineering section at EPFL.

Being passionate about physics, maths and knowledge transmission, I have developed a pedagogy that is much appreciated by the students.

About the lesson

Hello!

I offer courses in quantum physics for Bachelor students or adults interested in physics.

It is essential for me to always listen to your questions and remarks. Indeed, in order to find a learning method that you feel comfortable with, I have to adapt to your personality. The constant dialogue also creates a good atmosphere, which is always more pleasant to work in.

I attach particular importance to a deep understanding of the course, as you will need this to master a subject and feel confident. Furthermore, understanding through direct application of the course is very important. This is why simple examples will help to illustrate the new concepts, to build up your intuition and to gradually prepare you for the exercises, which are also essential. Of course, as soon as you need it, I will offer you theoretical reminders of maths or physics from your previous studies.
