About Viggo
For the past 13+ years, I have been teaching trumpet with enthusiasm and commitment. Working with school and college students has shown me that every learner can achieve success through patience, regular practice, and positive guidance.
My lessons cover breathing control, posture, embouchure development, articulation, rhythm, tone production, scales, sight-reading, ear training, music theory, and performance coaching. I explain every concept in simple English so students feel comfortable and confident throughout the learning process.
One of the most rewarding milestones in my career has been helping students develop the confidence to perform in front of audiences. Watching them enjoy their performances has been a wonderful experience.
I encourage students to stay motivated, practice consistently, and never be afraid of making mistakes. Every lesson is designed to help students improve step by step while enjoying the journey.
Teaching is more than sharing musical knowledge—it is about helping students believe in themselves. My goal is to guide every learner towards success while building confidence, discipline, and creativity.

I use a practical and personalised teaching approach for Trumpet that helps students develop their skills step by step. My methodology combines Communication, Adaptation to Learning Styles, and Real-life examples and case studies to make lessons effective and enjoyable.
I explain trumpet techniques in a simple way and provide guidance based on each student's learning ability and musical interests. I use examples from professional performances, famous trumpet players, and different musical styles to show how students can apply their skills outside the classroom.
I also teach related subjects such as Music Theory, Sight Reading, Ear Training, Rhythm, Improvisation, and Ensemble Performance. My focus is on developing proper technique, musical confidence, creativity, and discipline. I aim to inspire students to enjoy music while achieving continuous improvement as trumpet players.
