About Adelia
Hi! I’m a recent Economics graduate from Manhattan University with a strong academic background in math and statistics. I’m friendly, patient, and enjoy helping others feel more comfortable when learning something new. I also have experience working with children as a summer camp counselor, where I helped create a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment. I understand that math can sometimes feel frustrating or intimidating, so I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. My goal is to make lessons positive, engaging, and judgment-free while helping each student build their skills and confidence.

My lessons are designed to make math feel less overwhelming and easier to understand. I take a patient, step-by-step approach and will adjust each lesson based on the student’s individual needs and learning style. I can help with homework, review difficult concepts, prepare for tests, and provide extra practice to strengthen math skills. My goal is not only to help students get the right answer, but also to understand how they got there and become more confident solving problems independently.
