About Louise
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Actor-Musicianship and have been performing and attending dance, acting and singing lessons since I was 5. In terms of living a healthy lifestyle, I myself have personally struggled in the past with eating and losing weight. However, after recently turning vegan, my aim is to share my story and help people overcome their unhealthy relationship with food, offering easy tips, recipes and guidance that will hopefully help people see that food is not the be all and end all!

My approach to topics involves listening and understanding someone’s lifestyle, offering tips and guidance based on the information given that is helpful, informative but above all else, easy to follow. For me, it’s all about understanding a persons lifestyle and situation, therefore I can then informatively help them create a healthier outlook of themselves.
