About Devasses
Hi! I’m a university student currently studying Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne, with a passion for science and helping others succeed academically.
Having achieved a 93 ATAR, including raw study scores of 44 in Chemistry and 42 in Biology, I understand what it takes to perform well in VCE and the challenges students face along the way.
I started tutoring because I genuinely enjoy helping students build confidence and achieve results they can be proud of. I aim to create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
My goal is not only to help students improve their marks but also to make Chemistry and Biology more enjoyable and easier to understand!

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual learning style, strengths and areas for improvement. I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into simple, easy-to-understand explanations, using real examples and practice questions to build confidence.
Having recently completed VCE myself, I understand the challenges students face and the importance of effective exam preparation. My lessons are interactive and supportive, with a strong focus on developing a genuine understanding of the content rather than just memorising information.
I also provide guidance on SAC preparation, exam techniques and strategies to help students achieve their academic goals.
