About Paul
The first half of my career was in the private sector where I worked in transport and manufacturing industries, becoming Chief Financial Officer for a listed company in Sydney. In the second half of my career I transitioned to academia, becoming a Professor of Accounting, Head of Management Accounting, Associate Dean and then Director of the MBA Programme at Monash University in Melbourne. My experience enables me to link concepts taught to real-world examples.

I focus on what YOU want/need to know, focusing on relating business and financial concepts to practical real-world examples. A typical lesson runs for about an hour. I have several degrees including PhD. I am a qualified CPA (Australia) and was previously an examiner and author for CIMA. I can tutor business studies for school students, accounting (especially management accounting/management control) for undergrad or postgrad students, as well as business strategy. I recently retired as Director of the MBA Programme at Monash, Australia's largest university. I reside in Dorset.
