Techniques and Teaching Methodology:
Scaffolding: I specialize in breaking down complex processes into easy-to-understand, bite-sized instructions, a technique I refined while onboarding and training staff.
Differentiated Instruction: Drawing from my psychological background, I adapt my communication style to meet diverse student needs, ensuring that "technical" or "difficult" information is tailored to the learner's specific level of comprehension.
Engagement through Communication: Utilizing my background in Toastmasters, I employ strong oral and presentation skills to keep lessons engaging and interactive.
Typical Length of a Lesson:
While flexible based on student needs, I typically structure lessons in 60 to 90-minute blocks. This allows for a 10-minute "check-in" and review, 40–60 minutes of core content/task application, and a final 10-minute reflection period to evaluate and improve work ethics for the next session.

Educational Background: I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Majoring in Management and soon enrolling in Master of Teaching (Secondary Education) with a specialty in Business Management. I also hold a Diploma in Psychology Studies, which provides me with a deep understanding of cognitive development and learning behaviors.
Professional Mentorship: I have extensive experience in mentoring and training in fast-paced environments, where I served as a "cultural and linguistic bridge" for diverse groups.
Technical Certifications: I hold various professional certificates in Data Analytics and Microsoft Suite, making me highly proficient in tutoring technical subjects like Business, IT, or Mathematics.
Target Students (Level and Age):
My primary focus is on Secondary Education (Years 7–12), particularly students specializing in Business Management or Humanities.
Due to my experience in linguistic support, I am also well-equipped to assist EAL/D (English as an Additional Language or Dialect) students or those needing support in developing public speaking and communication skills in Mandarin and Japanese.
