About Rufus

- What kind of experience do you have? Qualified teacher (in England), qualified accountant, experienced accountant, qualified marker. I teach at various private and FE colleges as a consultant lecturer. Students appreciate my technical knowledge and method of explanation - often drawing from everyday examples, for instance Rent is a fixed cost, fuel is a variable cost, Gas bill is a semi-variable cost, I am fully aware students will remember examples from their own lives! - Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate? Yes As a lecturer at an FE college I was observed and graded as 'outstanding'. The highest ranking available.

Rufus helped me through the second half of my AAT level 4 qualification, which I was struggling with for quite a while, and I must say that without his help I don't know if I could have finished the qualification! He helped put things into context for me, adapted his methods to fit my learning style, and offered a lot of help with my homework and practise exam questions too.
