About Victoria
Namaste :)
I give personalised one-to-one or group yoga classes in the comfort of your own house, teaching power vinyasa flows which are great for strengthening your whole body, gaining flexibility, and relieving anxiety and stress. Whether you need 1 or more classes per week, I will focus on you and your goals. I've acquired my Yoga Alliance certification in August 2018 and have 5+ years practicing yoga. I've been teaching one-to-one classes since last November. I have a particular love for handstands so if you are into inversions, I can particularly help you there. I love inversions because they are particularly great for relieving all king of stress/anxiety and they make you feel amazing afterwards!

My class will introduce the basics of yoga first and slowly understanding the benefits of every asana, focus on breathing (pranayama), strengthening muscles, and gaining little by little flexibility, reconnecting your body and mind, and learning the benefits of focusing on each movement. I place extreme attention to injuries, back pain etc. I will advise each student to listen to their body and not push any asanas!

Details
My hourly rate is £30 per session; the class lasts between 1h to 1h15 mn depending on the focus of the lesson. I do class packages: 5 classes for £120 and 10 classes for £200.
