My approach is compassionate, personalized, and rooted in traditional yogic wisdom. I begin each class with breath awareness, followed by gentle asanas, breathwork, and deep relaxation. I tailor every session based on individual needs—be it stress relief, emotional healing, or physical wellness. I specialize in working with adults of all levels, including beginners, women seeking balance, and those dealing with anxiety, sleep issues, or chronic fatigue. My goal is to create a safe and healing space where students feel supported, empowered, and deeply connected to themselves—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
