About Bhavana
Hello everyone! My name is Bhavana, and I am a certified yoga instructor. There was a time when I felt tired, stressed, and my body often felt stiff.
I started practicing yoga every day, and slowly I became stronger, healthier, and more confident. That change inspired me to learn yoga deeply and become a teacher.
Today, I want to share this knowledge because I believe everyone deserves to feel healthy, peaceful, and happy. My classes are simple, safe, and perfect for beginners. Let's grow together, one step at a time.
