About George
I have over 20 years of experience in Teaching grades 6-12 English.
I was Teacher of the year in 2006. My co-teacher and I were runner up Team Teachers of the year county wide 2015. I was a District Evaluator for 7 years where I observed hundreds of lessons and delivered feedback on best practices.

Each lesson is standard based with an Objective to complete. The activities will build the students towards mastery of the skill. The lesson is created with a backwards design which leads up to a final assessment. Through monitoring and feedback, I will be able to scaffold the student's prior knowledge and them towards mastery.
