About Cliona
I’m a second year student studying Philosophy, Economics and Politics at the University of Leeds.
I have been tutoring maths, economics and a range of other subjects for two years at varying levels. I have taught six students from year 6 to year 12 both in person and remotely during lockdown.

I adapt my teaching methods from student to student depending on their level of ability and their aims for the sessions.
For example for younger students, I focus on the basics and try to make sure they are comfortable with a range of methods in order to give them a strong foundation for future learning.
With GCSE students I focus on topics they have trouble with at first, then work on exam style questions before moving onto whole papers.
