About Victor
I have been training in Martial Arts for over 30 years.
My focus is on Self Defence.
I have specialised in Chinese Martial Arts including various forms forms of Kung Fu. Boxing has also been a big part of my training, as Boxing is a very effective and basic form of Self Defence.
Krav Maga training includes the use of weapons, how to use them and BJJ Groundwork, all of which I constantly train myself in, and pass all this knowledge on to our students.

You will learn all the basics of Self Defence Plus advanced techniques which include Stand Up defence, Ground Defence, Weapon Defence and much more!
We have been teaching Martial Arts for over 30 years, we teach Wing Chun and Krav Maga.
Wing Chun is a classical Chinese Martial Art. Very good for self defence, and it was the first system Bruce Lee learnt. We run a club in Sea Point, Cape Town, South Africa and have taught many people this Life Saving Skill.
