About Chara

Hello! I’m Chara Dinh, a high school senior at Brookline High with a GPA of 4.0. I love math and science, I participate in clubs like Girls in Medicine and the Badminton Club. As the founder of a community project focused on Alzheimer’s awareness, I’ve gained valuable leadership experience. I also conduct research on Alzheimer’s as part of my research paper. I prioritize my students' wellness more than anything else, so don't be shy to tell me if you need something:)

About the lesson

- I focus on adaptive and flexible teaching methods that cater to individual student needs. My approach incorporates:
Feedback-Oriented: Regularly seeking student feedback to adjust my teaching style and content.
- The structure of my lessons varies based on student preferences and needs, but a typical session might be for an hour.
- What makes my tutoring approach unique is my perspective as a current high school student. I understand the challenges and pressures. This relatability allows me to offer sessions that can vary in duration based on student needs, rather than adhering to a strict timetable. Also, to make it easier for students to open up about their struggles and ask questions.
- I teach a wide range of students, from Grade 1 to Grade 10!
