About Sabii
My name is Lisa .I have been teaching yoga /meditation and pranayama since 2006.My passion is IYENGAR YOGA.And why? It works .I believe in it I know the principles to be true and when you believe in something enough you teach from the heart.I practiced vinyasa yoga for TEN years and two vinyasa teacher trainings .I was becoming less flexible and more injuries.I turned to iyengar yoga and then....the lights came on.My whole world changed.Yoga is and always has been healing .Wowwww let me share Iyengar and my teachings with you .I adore teaching and more important i adore seeing the bodies and the minds evolve .One on one or group classes i will never leave you on your own .

I teach .I know that sounds funny .I don't perform ..I mean .I demonstrate when needed. I watch and observe that you never feel you can not do or you don't understand.In a real live class or online I am with you individually THE WHOLE class.I will find a way verbally (as we are living virtual lives ) to explain what is required.I always remember feeling like i was doing what the pretty lady out the front was doing ..But actually the inside of my body new I was NOT enjoying .I want to help everyone enjoy.
