Anyone can lead you through a yoga sequence, but as a medical graduate in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS), I understand how every single posture impacts your physiology, nervous system, and joint mechanics. My classes bridge ancient yogic wisdom with modern medical science. You aren't just getting a workout or a generic stretch—you are getting a safe, therapeutic practice designed by a clinician who knows how to protect your spine, correct postural imbalances, and heal the body from the inside out.
