About Lukasz

I'm Łukasz Kozub — a vocalist, actor, and host with 30 years of stage experience, now based in Cambridge, UK. Since settling in Cambridge, I've stayed close to both performing and teaching. I sing as a cantor at Our Lady and the English Martyrs (OLEM), one of Cambridge's landmark churches, and I run drama workshops for children in the community. I teach at the Cambridge Polish Saturday School, where alongside the language I write and direct the students' performances and help them prepare to take the stage, and I also teach Polish at the Fryderyk Chopin Polish School in Newmarket. Before Cambridge, I trained at the Kraków School of Jazz and Popular Music (Vocalist Diploma) and hold a Master's degree in Economics from Kraków University of Economics. For 15 years I was an actor with Teatr Loch Camelot, and I performed in the choir for Kraków Opera's production of Prokofiev's "The Love for Three Oranges," as well as two children's productions, including "Fairy Tales about Giants." I also sang with the Wiener Männergesang-Verein, a Viennese choral society founded in 1843, including on their 2017 concert tour to China, performing in Shanghai at one of the country's largest classical music festivals, broadcast live on national television. I've presented at the International Summer Jazz Academy in Kraków and appeared in a short film by BAFTA-nominated director Małgorzata Szumowska. What I love most is connecting with an audience — bringing energy, warmth, and genuine presence to every performance and every lesson. About the lesson

During the lesson, we are going to improve your technique and your articulation. We will find your inner voice and your own artistic expression. You will feel what real art is and experience what you are capable off. We will practice how to breathe, how to feel your body and how to sing at your best.
