About Tess
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Music and Performance Arts after years of focused training in vocal technique, stage communication, and musical interpretation during my academic studies. During the past 11 years, I have worked with students from many different musical backgrounds and experience levels, helping them improve through personalised coaching and supportive instruction. Teaching singing allows me to combine creativity, emotional communication, and mentorship in a deeply meaningful way. I enjoy helping learners become more expressive and confident through music.
My teaching style focuses on flexibility, healthy vocal development, and patience. Some students improve best through technical repetition and structured exercises, while others respond more naturally to emotional exploration and creative interpretation. I carefully adjust lessons according to each learner’s confidence level, comfort, and musical interests. Along with technical improvement, I help students strengthen breathing control, vocal clarity, expressive phrasing, and stage readiness. Building a welcoming and encouraging learning atmosphere remains one of my highest priorities as a teacher.
Outside teaching, I continue practising vocals, exploring different musical genres, and studying modern performance methods that help keep my lessons inspiring and engaging. Music remains an important source of creativity and emotional connection in my life. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is seeing students become more expressive and self-assured performers throughout their musical journey.

My singing lessons are designed to help students improve vocal control while developing confidence and emotional expression through organised and supportive training methods. I teach breath support, pitch accuracy, vocal placement, resonance, articulation, phrasing, and tone balance using exercises that feel clear and approachable for learners at every level. Lessons also include vocal warm-ups, harmony practice, performance preparation, emotional interpretation, and rhythm exercises that help students improve steadily through regular practice. I create a comfortable learning environment where students feel safe exploring their voice without fear of mistakes or pressure. Every lesson supports both technical growth and artistic individuality together.
Beginners focus on breathing exercises, simple melodies, vocal projection, and foundational techniques through patient guidance and structured routines that build healthy vocal habits gradually. Intermediate learners improve vocal flexibility, expressive delivery, harmony awareness, and smoother transitions through guided studies and practical singing exercises. Advanced students focus on emotional storytelling, stage presence, advanced repertoire, and stylistic versatility through detailed coaching sessions. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s comfort level, personality, and artistic goals so progress remains balanced and motivating throughout the learning process.
Learning to sing should feel expressive, enjoyable, and rewarding. I encourage students to trust their natural voice while building confidence through supportive feedback and regular practice. Many learners become more comfortable performing and expressing emotion through music as their vocal abilities continue improving naturally over time. My goal is to help students strengthen both vocal technique and artistic confidence while enjoying the process of musical growth.
