About Joni
With 9 years of experience as a singing tutor, I am committed to helping students develop their voice and musical skills. I teach school and college students who want to learn singing in a structured and encouraging environment. My lessons include breathing exercises, pitch training, voice control, and stage confidence.
I believe that every voice is unique and deserves the right guidance to grow. Throughout my teaching career, I have helped many students prepare for performances and participate in school and college cultural programmes. Watching them perform confidently is one of the most satisfying moments for me as a teacher. I always try to make my lessons interesting and supportive so that students feel motivated to practice and improve.
I also guide students in developing their own musical identity and style. Teaching singing allows me to share my love for music while helping students discover their abilities and express themselves through song.

My teaching methodology for singing combines flexibility, creativity, understanding, and structured time management to provide a comprehensive learning experience. I believe that every student has a unique voice and learning style, and I design lessons to match their goals and abilities.
I begin with foundational exercises such as breathing techniques, vocal warm-ups, pitch control, tone improvement, and articulation to develop a strong and healthy voice.
Creativity is an important part of my lessons because it allows students to interpret music in their own way and connect emotionally with songs. I take time to understand each student’s strengths and weaknesses, providing personalised guidance and constructive feedback.
Time management ensures that lessons cover technical exercises, song practice, and performance coaching effectively. Besides singing, I also teach rhythm, music theory, and stage confidence to help students grow into confident, well-rounded musicians.
