About Aparajita
I work on initiatives related to skill
development and entrepreneurship in rural and urban areas. I
conduct surveys, assess local needs, identify potential sectors
for skill development, and design and implement thematic
activities. I also liaise with different departments and stakeholders
through District Skill Committees and Public-Private Partnerships,
and provide data and reports to MSDE and other skill-related
departments as and when required.
I hold a Master of Arts in Development Policy Planning and Practice
from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), where I gained
a strong background and understanding of the development
sector. I have also completed various internships and fieldworks
with organizations such as KPMG India, Delhi Post, EKJUT,
and Rajeevika, where I honed my skills in project management,
coordination, data interpretation, and documentation. I am proficient
in Excel for Data Analysis, and have obtained multiple certifications
and publications in the field of development studies. I am passionate
about creating sustainable development and meaningful impact in
communities, and seek a challenging role in the development sector
to leverage my skills and contribute to impactful projects that drive
positive change.
