Lessons should be paid in advance. It is the only way to commit yourself and to ensure that your chosen time slot is booked. If a lesson needs to be cancelled, cancellation should be done more than 24 hours before the lesson should take place. A temporary new time slot for a single lesson may then be booked, based on availability. Any unanswered calls will not be rescheduled. If a learner forgets about the lesson, an email will be send after the first 5 minutes into the lesson, as a reminder. If the call is still unanswered after another 5 minutes, another email will state that the lesson was missed and will be counted as if the lesson was given. Only emails will be used as a way of communicating apart from the lessons itself.
